Let me ask you a serious question. How skilled are your at inner self-deprecation? I was curious to see what this was all about so I watched the video. I’m not sure it’s healthy to constantly avoid thoughts that “feel bad.” Putting this technique into practice might be helpful to an extent, but it might also lead to a life of imaginary delusion. This all seems like a twisted form of rationalization…seeing nothing brighter here. Won’t be revisiting the site.

I was about to delete you comment because this is a place to spread light and love, but then I realized, WHAT A TEACHABLE MOMENT!!!
It’s not about avoiding the “bad feeling” thoughts. It’s about redirecting your thinking so you can see things from a healthier perspective and live a happier life! I’m sorry you don’t find value in the process, but it has literally saved my life.
In fact, I had to put it to work after reading your comment. Here’s what I did:

You know, not everybody takes the same path to happiness and I can understand that => I know that there are people out there than will understand and connect with this process => This better feeling thought technique has literally saved my life and that’s what really matters. => Thank God for this technique that has strengthened my mind, heart and soul and that allows me to move from feeling hurt and sadness to find a place that is happy, positive and productive.
That is literally what I just talked myself through. I felt my feelings of surprise, confusion, a little bit of embarrassment, and disappointment. It’s so important to feel your feelings, but dwelling on them and allowing them to derail me does nothing good for me. Using the Better Feeling Thought Technique right now has taken me back to a happy, confident and peaceful place.
It works for me and I hope that by sharing the process, it will help others!

I agree with everything Gwen has to say in her video but none of it is original actually it’s kind of wrong to claim it as the home of this technique when she did not invent it. It is Law of Attraction so you need to give credit where its due.
